So this basically means that I can send ''GARBAGE'' to my clients and if they won't pay the huge shipping costs to send it back to me then it's ok ??? What Foucking kind of rule is that ? ???? ... View more

This is not normal. This is what I call fraud in all it's glory. The things they are doing is breaking the law deliberately. This is beyond ''malpraxis'' because this is a financial service provider and the crimes committed in the financial business is very serious.  Ok Paypal is great but it's not that great ! The only thing that PayPal has luck with is the fact that many people are using it , BECAUSE they don't have a choice ! All the crap they are doing with the currency exchanging and the huge fee's they charge on millions and millions of people and here they are, they can't even talk through the phone and are using the Covid19 as an excuse. I also read that they have some deals with other financial services. For example when you want to buy something but you can because there is no credit-card linked to your account yet you do have funds on your PayPal account. Well this is so that all financial services can benefit as much as possible from one's transaction. If i were you I would sent them a registered letter that they need to sign or talk to a lawyer. It is impossible you would loose. They simply don't care. ... View more

Hi,   I recently purchased some stuff and got them damaged because of the factory workers themselves. To be more precisely they handle the items very roughly and left many deep scratch marks and dents. The soon as I got the items and inspected them I took picture and open a case. PayPal has ignored everything and simply pressed the '' lazy '' button .. ''Send the items back and provide us with track and trace''.   1st * Why should I bother doing that as a buyer when I didn't got the goods I was expected to get in the 1st place? 2nd*  I opened the claim the day I got the goods so not even 7 days has passed to say that I am responsible for sending the items back. 3rd* To my knowledge when you buy something where shipment is included you are not responsible for returns. The seller must take care of this himself. Unless this was EX WORKS purchase. 4th* There refund program is only 30 euro and as that might be sufficient for small stuff like a **bleep** or a toy for your dog, as a professional I'm nothing with this. The Items I received are over 20 kg and are over 2.5 meters long. If I go with something like that to the regular POST office they will kick me out. IF they don't they will probably charge me a few hundred euros/ dollars for it.    I fail to see how I as a customer am protected. This is a business account where I do a lot of purchase and sometimes sellers make mistakes. I had on recently that sent me a belt that was 14 mm wide instead of 15 as requested. I opened the case he apologize and sent me a new one with the specs I ordered. How hard is this PAYPAL ???   I have sent them maybe 10 messages ? 🙂 They didn't respond to none and soon my time will be done and the case will be closed yet they are breaking their own regulations. Not just their regulations but I'm pretty sure they are in violation with some customer protection law's here as well as the law applies to you locally. I sent them a message for complaining the service they provide and they replied immediately and didn't give me 1 valid answer to my question. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR. PAYPAL as big and powerful they are they have to play by the rules as well. So I'm just wondering how many people out there opened a case against PayPal for violating rights.. I'm sick and tired of having to explain them their own rules. And if they think they can ban an account they should really try it on me. I will make it viral for the next 10 years to come. I'm fed up with their incompetent staff and their policies they don' follow. I don't understand how PayPal still operates knowing this and reading all this from so many people.   Greets Alex ...
