Hi @anderson_corp Sorry about that! Definitely not the right experience that was intended. I would reach out to support about this to get this resolved. Alternatively, I do know that adding a mobile phone, making it your primary phone number, and getting the code through text could also resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, scroll to the bottom of this page and select "Help and Contact" on the bottom left side.
