I have been unable to withdraw my credit paypal balance for over a month now as I have been trying for several months to update my bank account details. The bank account details held is for a closed account and every time I try to add my new account using the App (with Nationwide building society and never been linked to a paypal account before) it tells me I can only do this online so it then directs me to website, where I have to sign in again, then after entering the account details it tells me it 'can't do it at this time, or it tells me there has been an Ajax error?! Either way I cannot access my money, and unlike any other financial services company I've experienced since Covid 19, it seems Paypal have absolutely no service now by phone, (I can only assume every single member of staff currently has the desease?), and the online message service which of course does everything in it's power to prevent you speaking with someone, when eventually it does agree to transfer you to a person reports a wait of "Hours", absolutely unbelievably poor customer service! Anyone else experienced same? , and if so how did you get a new account added, or access your money?
