* See awesome flashlights on video ad that were misrepresentations of TP360 flashlights, presented via FB in my case. (I got a copy of this video) * Buy TP360 flashlights via PayPal * Receive tiny, junk TP360 flashlights that look and perform much different and inferior to what was advertised when compared with video stills * Filed a dispute with PayPal for bait and switch scam and they told me to contact the criminals that willfully committed fraud as if getting cooperation from crooks was a normal expectation * I heavily document my claims in an eMail to Zestads Limited showing the difference in the video stills and the delivered product, making it clear that I received merchandise that differed from what was advertised. The size, shape, model markings, features and performance are different. * Zestads Limited tells me to send a video of it not working although their return policy says that the item must be unused for them to honor a refund so they are telling you to document use of it, send it to them, and then they can use that video to show that you used the product and violated the terms of the return policy. * Zestads Limited then replies that I did not provide evidence of a broken product which makes me ineligible for a refund although that was never the basis of my complaint. At the same time they are telling me via PayPal dispute communications that they would refund my money if I shipped the product back to Hong Kong. * I do research and figure out that the video ad had footage that was stolen from other flashlight makers. I contact them to inform them of this. * I realize that I have evidence of stolen ads, false advertising and even a safety complaint (no electrical specs for recharging available anywhere) and make filing complaints against the criminal enterprise, Zestads Limited, my new temporary hobby.
