Hey, I dont know if anyone can help me answer this as I'm at a loss of what to do right now. I have been selling items on depop and every single item I sell, the money gets put on hold( this happens every single time without fail its not a one off). I have contacted the PayPal team about this via the app multiple times and they tell me that the money will be released after 24 hours of delivery. I have provided PayPal with the tracking number and the customers have received their items. I have sent PayPal proof of this and they still arent releasing my money. I just get a text book answer every single time and no one is actually listening to what I am saying. I tried ringing paypals phone number however I get cut off every time as " no one is available to answer my call' and I get instructed to message them via the app which I have done on multiple occasions. People have had their items for over a week now and I have sent PayPal screenshots of royal mail saying the items have been delivered however they just choose to ignore this and keep my money on hold instead. Also I have asked customers to confirm themselves they have received the items however some customers cannot find where to do this, I have given the instructions that PayPal have given me but some customers are struggling. Can anyone help me with what steps I should take next, I have also sent a email to PayPal but no one has got back to me.
