Hi I don't this resolves the issue. I don't have automatic transfer and I am also not from those countries mentioned on the document. Besides, I've been using this account for 5 years now and this is the first time this happened. Email address is not also wrong since I received an email regarding the payment sent to me. It's also showing on my recent activity as payment received but still, it shows ZERO on PayPal balance which is so weird.
