I too am having troubles with this exact issue bud different company but I bought mine with PayPal backing them up. I never even recived what I paied for. Pay pal ruled in there favor even thought my item was delivered to me 5 days be for I ordered it. Or so this company claims. But I had there tracking number traced threw my post office and nope the package that weighed 7 oz was delivered different name different address. This 7 oz package is supposed to be a commercial bounce house water park the blower alone weighs 75lbs. I today have sat on hold since 10:30 waiting for a pay pal reb to answer me. I'm beyond **bleep** pay pal. And you really should look in to retraining your company!
