I paid for merchandise through PayPal on May 5th I still haven't received my product but they have a tracking number that goes to the same town as I live in they are claiming it was delivered to me on the first however I didn't even order my package until the 5th and now PayPal closed my claim against them and won't refund my money what do I do what is the number for PayPal to get ahold of a live representative because all I get is automated thinks they keep disconnecting me thank you for your response
