Hi I sold a Juicer to a lady on 20'th of April she was waiting to be paid at the time of it being sold to her. I waited for 2 weeks and couldn't wait any longer as I felt she had no intentions of buying it. So I relisted it and sold it, to someone else. She gets in touch after a month and tells me she paid for the item on 1st of May, I showed her a screen shot of my paypal statement showing no transaction coming through on my end. There was just no trace. So after showing her screen shots of my emails asking her to pay etc and of the statement she went quiet and stopped emailing. Today it's 10'th of June and she has reported me and she now expects a refund. I emailed her again and said there is no trace on my side of her even paying for this item. I said you went all quiet when I queried you for not paying up. I now think she could be a scammer May has passed and it's June I STILL can't see her statement of her paying for this item! I wonder if she is trying it on? Any one can press buy it now and assume they have bought something. It shows on her end but its not showing on my end. I would happily give her a refund but if I can't see it on mine then I wont until I see proof of some payment for it. What do you think?
