I could not agree more.. Facebook is where plenty of the ads come from. That's how I was sent to PayPal to purchase a product advertised on Facebook.

PayPal is a joke .. same thing over and over and over and over .. we are sorry bluh blah blah etc. They are not sorry what they are is a joke and getting richer and richer .. that's bullsh... no legitimate company runs this way.. no customer service no one in the office huh bullshi..

Ok everyone I too was given the run around by both yokawa and PayPal.. But good news I did not go away and although I never spoke to anyone at paypal.. I did finally recieve my purchase after nearly 100 days.. it did take me every single day getting ahold of PayPal but it did finally come I do think the delay was coming from China it did sit in long beach for over 70 days..so lesson to learn do not throw in the towel and give up.. fight it appeal and appeal and if need appeal again.. but PayPal needs to get customer service up and running

I feel you .. over 100 days and no customer service.. I call bullsh... if I am a merchant they seem to have customer service in fact I called the merchant number and spoke with someone although they were no help.. Elon Musk can send peeps to the moon but he can not handle is honest paying customers.. but maybe it's the honest paying customers that funded that trip.. if so we deserve the credit for it..

A class action suit seems to be in line only thing is they've been sued for the exact same thing and their class action suit in fact that suit was just finalized last year

Dont give up i did not . I was denied also given several different tracking number but I didn't give up and I kept persistent and believe it or not after 3 months I did receive my package

Although my purchases were not thru Ebay.. they came from Facebook which directed me to pay thru paypal.. I have been trying since March to settle my cases .. yes I have 3 they denied although I have plenty of proof Paypals friends the criminals have fraudulently gained tracking numbers that never even belonged to them( the criminals) one tracking number is assigned to Amazon. So why do I have to sit back and let the criminal take charge .... everyday for over 100 days that's right Everyday I have called at least 7 times and messaged just as much I have NEVER spoke to anyone on the phone well I cant say that I called the merchant line and guess what they answered.. I have spent dozens and dozens of hours to get no where. I will also join in on a class action suit.. I am not a criminal I am a valued customer ..
