So about 2 weeks ago I was able to send money, shop online and withdraw it because I had a regular PayPal account. Then it gave me an error message and told me I wasn't able to anymore. I contacted PayPal customer support about this and they said that it was only for that specific transaction and that it shouldn't happen again. Well it happened 3 more times after that. I contacted PayPal again and told them of my issue, they kept telling me that it's only for that specific transaction when it's clearly not. Then I talked with another Customer Support Agent and they had told me to wait 72 hours before I make any other transactions because of security purposes, so I did. And I contacted them again after 72 hours to ask if I was all good to shop online again, they said I was. And then I got declined again. So once again, I talked to another Customer Support Agent. Finally they gave me useful information but it still didn't help me. They had told me "your money is in your PayPal cash plus account". I've never opened nor knew what a cash plus account was. And now I'm not able to access this money at all. I'm stuck, help.
