Hi! Over a week ago I tried to order a Samsung Galaxy S20+ from the official store using a credit plan for 18 months. I got the information, that my request is done, on samsung page I got screen saying "thank you for your purchase, you'll got an email with the updates" the problem is that i didn't receive any. There is nothing in "my order" on samsung website, no email saying that my request is pending. It's like it doesn't exist. I'm very confused and don't know what to do tbh.
