Well I think it's all **bleep** and I have 557.09 dollars still on my account that they want to keep for 180 days **bleep** I got bills to pay anyways it's my money and if I knew that this would happen if I payed for my medical marijuana card the state part I would of transfer the money to a different card but the user guidelines are very vague on making a payment anyways if I knew I would be done like this I would never got a cash card not would I used direct deposit I know there got to be a different way then this way trying to me what I can or can't spend my money on and them holding my money for 6 months this part is so wrong I know it ain't going to matter a whole lot but PayPal has already lost a lot of customers that also have there medical marijuana card that was going to pay with there cash card I've tryed to talk to someone real but no luck they disconnect the phone call after being on hold for 15mins recording telling me that they are unable to answer my call tryed to email them there responds is a automatic choice recording about the resolution center where they tell me I can't use my account and I can't receive money or send money nor can I use my card and I can't have MY MONEY and after 180 days they will decided how to get it to me this **bleep**
