I have received more than $2500 so i had to provide additional information about myself. I did so, but after all they have chosen wrong address from the document, so I guess that is the reason why I cannot add other documents. I had also a discussion on the Facebook with some person signing as ^IA and that person tried to fix my issue, so I was hoping in fix. After a day I had a response, that I added a address, but as I found, the address was not the correct one, they have chosen the temporary one, not my permanent address. Now they don't respond anymore to my messages on the FaceBook. Anyone has any idea what to do? I have all documents scanned and also tried to upload them, but the system simply does not work. And I am frustrated because I can't access my money.
