I have been in contact with PayPal for months, I have been nothing but friendly and patient. I am just looking to unlock my $5,000. I have provided all necessary information multiple times in my encounters with probably 20+ customer service agents. Recently they asked for proof of fulfillment, I provided it, and to my surprise (sarcasm) they did not unlock my money. Now, the resolution center tells me to contact them, but all contact to PayPal apparently is down to COVID right now. It has been 2 months since I opened this case, and now i am getting **bleep** off. Can someone tell me how to contact PayPal so I can finally resolve this.
