Same happened to me. I ordered a cat water fountain and thought it was safe because payment was through PayPal. Was I ever wrong! First it took a month to receive a package that contained a cheap plastic bowl and a large tube that was some sort of filter. Not at all what I ordered! I contacted the company and they offered to send me a 20% refund "IF" I sent back the wrong item at my expense! So basically, they won't refund my money at all and they want me to pay to ship back their cheap dollar store item! I filed a dispute with PayPal and they wanted me to file a police report?!? For a $30 item, it would have cost me far more in time to do so. I sent them pictures of what I ordered and what I actually received and offered to send them the email correspondence I've had with the company and I just received an email from PayPal that my claim was denied! Last time I ever use this provider and I'll be sure to not this on my social media page to warn others that PayPal is just as big a scam as the other thieves out there.
