I have Indian Paypal, in which the whole balance will automatically get withdrawn to bank account on working days. Previous day I received a Payment, and it was automatically withdrawn to Bank. Now, I would like to Refund that amount back to the Sender. But how is it possible, as I do not have paypal balance ? I still do not understand how to load funds to paypal for making this refund OR how can I use my card to make this Refund. Please help. Thank you.
