Hi All, I opened a case over a month ago over someone on Depop who sold me a fake mascara. Her account was shut on there as other people opened claims etc. Advised to open a claim, which i did, and was offered a full refund if sent back I sent back via tracking and it was received 3 days later (May 6th) Fast forward to yesterday where the dispute was closed in the sellers favour as ‘i did not add enough supporting info’. I included tracking, messages, pictures of what i sent and all receipts. I received my shipping money back off paypal also. Just wondering what i can do now. No way of contacting seller, tried Depop but ill assume theyll bring me back to paypal. Only a £9 purchase, but still my money with nothing to show for it. Thanks if you can help or guide me in right direction ( Have also emailed paypal and tried their bot- no help!)
