I cannot log in my paypal account and neither can I change my password. I tried to reset my password and the message that pops up is " SORRY WE COULDN'T CONFIRM IT'S YOU" Usually for reset password paypal would ask security questions. But I DON'T get any security asked. I've tried calling paypal local Malaysian helpline: +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call. There is no ring tone. I've even tried calling the United States international helpline: 0[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] The line works only for automated services. I couldn't get any customer service personal to report my query. I've also send an email from my paypal registers account.
