I cannot log in my paypal account and neither can I change my password. I tried to reset my password and the message that pops up is " SORRY WE COULDN'T CONFIRM IT'S YOU" Usually for reset password paypal would ask security questions. But I DON'T get any security asked. I've tried calling paypal local Malaysian helpline: +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call. There is no ring tone. I've even tried calling the United States international helpline: 0[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] The line works only for automated services. I couldn't get any customer service personal to report my query. I've also send an email from my paypal registers account. But email give no answers. CAN ANYONE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? How do I resolve this issue? COUNTRY: MALAYSIA
