I purchased a grill online and paid via PayPal. I tried canceling the payment via PayPal and my bank. However, payment was completed via PayPal instantly. I called my bank to cancel but they told me to wait as payment was pending. Filed a dispute with PayPal and they responded by closing the case as they saw no problem with the transaction. Researched the website where I made the purchase to get contact to no avail. I sent several emails to the seller but no response. PayPal is unavailable via phone during this pandemic. How do I resolve this issue? I have no shipping details from the seller (somewhere in china} and the address where they will ship my product is non-existent. The seller website appears to be in the UK and appears legit. The inconsistencies show that the seller and website are fraudulent. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
