I made a purchase on April 18th. The seller immediately sent tracking information for a package received in my town on March 30th. This is clearly not my package for the following reasons - 1. So called package received 18 days prior to being ordered. 2. Package was received at an office - not my home. 3. Package weighted 16 pounds. My items ordered would not total 16 pounds. Every time I try to reopen the case, it's automatically closed. How can I escalate this to get my money back?
