I tried to make 2 transactions 2 years ago and they are still pending. "This transaction is currently pending compliance review." I tried to complain about "unauthorized activity" but all seems clear according to PayPal. I am clueless how to proceed, I tried chat and I was lied that support will contact me. My money is in limbo.
