Message Center agents do not read the entire all previous messages that the computer system changes the agent handling of your message since is not real time chat but extremely delayed ! agents gave always wrong info and instructions totally untrained probably in Asia not English speakers they mistakenly reported my PayPal debit MasterCard reported stolen fraudulent transaction when I was just reporting checking if Apple had provided credit for incorrect billing from Amazon Prime Video App internal coding charging my card used for things bought thru my Apple I Pad. Apple gave me the credit but Amazon and PayPal not ethical they don’t due diligence for paid items computer programming bad within both PayPal & Amazon! only we college educated computer degrees business from Cal Poly Pomona would notice bad programming which is expensive to fix! Thank for the response, the item was asked to be sent nationally (QLD). I asked the buyer to send me proof of payment and they forwarded me an e-mail of the receipt from paypal, now i don't if this is still fake. I'm going to ask paypal for help, but i don't know what to do next. i'm most likely never getting my laptop back am I?

I think that is technical issues and you lost your transfer and as it is lockdown no one is helping in PayPal I have also not got my money and they have kept my account limited even after I submitted all my documents , now there is no choice we have to wait till the lockdown ends
