I made a underage PayPal account then they banned my account I messaged them on the message center they told me to submit my ID so they prove that I was under the age of 18. Then they got back to me saying that I can withdraw my money now and when I try to transfer it to my bank it won’t let it would say there’s a problem with your account contact customer service so we can resolve the problem after they banned my account all my previous messages were deleted and I can’t get to the message center anymore. Can someone help me out.
