I added my checking account in order to add a balance to send to one of my children, without making it My Preferred Method of payment. Two weeks later, I purchased from Microsoft 12 months of XBox Gold, a game DLC pack and then upgraded my months of XBox Gold plus 1 additional to Ultimate Pass for $1. My Preferred Method of Payment was a credit card that has been on file for ages and used before by PayPal. However, Paypal chose to charge it all to my checking account that they have NEVER used before and only had on file for 2 weeks instead of the credit card that was clearly marked as MY Preferred Method in the confirmation email and on the web site. I notified Paypal and argued with 2 reps for hours while changed their reasons for charging my checking account. After failing to get them to charge it to My Preferred Method of Payment as was designated at the time of the purchase, I notified my bank that I disputed the authorization of those charges TO THAT ACCOUNT. The PayPal reps told me repeatedly to get a refund from Microsoft, but I told them I would not fraudulently seek a refund for purchases that were purposefully made. I was not contesting the purchases or paying for them. PayPal **bleep** up and refused to fix it by charging the correct account. PayPal then chose to notify Microsoft that I disputed the authenticity of the purchases, so I paid Microsoft directly and removed PayPal from the transactions and interfering further and **bleep** up more things for me. Now, PayPal is refusing to allow me to remove my checking account and other cards, demanding that I "confirm" my checking account. I do not trust PayPal to **bleep** it up again. PayPal was refunded by Microsoft when they lied and claimed that I disputed the purchase. Microsoft informed me of that, not PayPal. What would be the appropriate authority to notify of PayPal holding my checking account information hostage when I OWE NOTHING to PayPal or any vendors and PayPal doesnt even have to fix their own **bleep** up any longer because I paid Microsoft directly for what PayPal dishonestly claimed I had disputed? I have the transcripts of the conversations with PayPal and the proof that my checking account HAD NEVER before been used by PayPal to pay anything. They repeatedly claimed the purchases with Microsoft were recurring billings, but they were not and the checking account was never associated with any of them any way. ----The **bleeps** are not curse words or even 4 letter words and it is absurd that it makes it appear they are.
