Go directly through your bank or credit card!! They will handle it for you!! I contacted my bank and had my refund in two days!! I am still dealing with PayPal over another order (different company). But, they will send you to the ends of the earth. This is not acceptable and not what I've always thought and heard about this company. Never again. I am now going to my bank for this transaction as well. Don't go through this! Good luck! ... View more

I agree. Thanks to others who posted on here I filed a claim directly with my bank. I have removed PayPal as my payment method with a couple of my autoships. Once everything is resolved I will deactivate my account and happily close it out. Never again. ... View more

I have had the same to happen with another company and am still going through hurdles to get my return but working through it. However, I'm getting ready to file a claim for the same ZestAds. But, I'm also going straight to my bank to files claims on both of these!! They won't be playing with PayPal. I urge ALL OF YOU to go to your banks, credit card companies, etc. FILE A DISPUTE with them as well. Don't wait. This is terrible business. Your credit card, bank or others will begin a fraud case for you. Once I conclude these two disputes I will close my PayPal account. I have Venmo, too. But, I'm closing that as well.
