Shipper tracking label was not in My Name or Address and Item was delivered to wrong address and PayPal not holding the shipper accountable. Now I'm out of money and Merchandise because no one read the provided information from UPS that detail the incorrect label information. How do can I get someone attention to escalate my claim. I am very frustrated and the seller has yet reply to me only PayPal with inaccurate information. UPS has provide the label information but every time I upload it the automated system and submit the claim post as close.
