Ok, this is extremely frustrating! I got an email through ebay that I received a refund to my PayPal account. My PayPal account is super old, under an email I no longer use and dont remember the password for. I can't contact anyone for help unless I log in???? Makes absolutely NO sense! So I created a new PayPal account so I can contact them but they're only offering this community help. No calls, no emails, just this and the resolution center. How do I access the refund that was sent to my ancient PayPal account now?
