Alright so here's what happened within a month 2 limitation occurs in my account , when I first sign up it was all good no limitation whatsoever connected my bank and waited a few day for the 2 deposit. But than I was limited since I need to provide my Identity which was (Photo ID / SSN) , I provided both and waited out for it to be reviewed. After waiting a week or so I was good to go and I can send / receive , so I started selling my digital goods which was all done in g&s all automated from a website I list on. Got no complaint / Charge back what so ever, but than I was hit with another limited on my account after 2 weeks or so and they asked for me to provide my Photo ID again. I provided it and waited for a week again since of the corona the review was somewhat slow and just yesterday I checked and I was limited permanently. This was the response "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal" , I'm like what? I sold all my stuff and the customer that bought it was happy and I still have around $360 in my balance. I did reach out to paypal multiple ways to help with my account , paypal support call but was down , paypal message they didn't respond yet , Askpaypal on twitter haven't receive a help after they said they will get me a account specialist and was left on hold for 1 day.
