The following was my original complaint: Item ordered from a site that I no longer have a link to. When I received it, it came with no directions, no information about returns and an anonymous return address. I'd like to return it. It has not been opened. I have no idea how to use it. The vendor, JH Mall, responded with an offer to refund the entire amount of purchase if returned - to an address in China. It would cost more to return it than I hoped. Not worth the time and effort, as it was a small purchase and I requested refund as a matter of principle. The following is my reason for cancellation: Item was not received from Chinese address. I would return it to the Hawthorne, California address I received the package from but will not return to an address outside the country.
