Dear team, We having trouble contacting UK team. We need to raise claim for undelivered item as purchase was made as guest. Therefore we can’t use Resolution centre. Due to UK lockdown, customer support is closed and we tried different team (Australia) - but they refused to raise claim saying “you bought in UK - call Uk team” 😕 Would anyone suggest what to do or maybe it’s possible to raise claim via this support site?
