Don't think you get situation these people are in some are desperate to get there money returned they have paid for in good faith under the safety of the PayPal payment banner instead of trolling out the usual crap you must have inroads into PayPal inner sanctum instead of earning badges of good do some good and find out where the people who have been duped by these scammers using PayPal as a wall to hide behind give us info on how to complain independent of PayPal because as you well know being a contributer for so long must of come across more than your fair share of major complaints against PayPal be nice if you could sort it out . ... PayPal customer service I'm afraid is non existentent I have had similar problem they are as bad as the scam websites .The system for disputes is floored as it allows scam websites to scam PayPal with bogus shipping details that they believe so conveniently been able to close your dispute and then when your stuff does not come you have know way to claim very clever of PayPal this is not acceptable when these sites trade under the protection of the PayPal payment banner .I am in the process of trying to get all these cases together to take to an ombudsman and take PayPal to task would it be ok to use your case many thanks keep emailing customer service I am on about 20 now good luck . ... This is the problem once PayPal has closed your dispute it is impossible to open another dispute the system does not allow you too repeat does not allow you too so once the scam website has told PayPal a load of bollocks like non existentent shipping number they stupidly close your dispute .Have been all over this forum and lots of customers have same problem which PayPal do nothing about SORT IT OUT PAYPAL YOU ARE Complicit in providing scam websites a PayPal banner to hide behind .know to you understand my case have sent over 20 emails to PayPal no solution to been ripped off. I have having same problem PayPal's customer service is the worst in the world I stupidly brought an item from some Chinese scammers I have not been able to contact the so called seller have sent over 15 emails to PayPal customer service who are so lazy they just send automatically generated email good luck hope you get refund I am still trying PayPal are as bad as scam website as they allow them to trade under PayPal banner scandalous. ... Having same problem if you buy under PayPal banner you should be covered otherwise withdraw use of banner from scam sites . PayPal only allows you to have 1 go at complaining in resolution centre if they get scammed by seller it's a long process trying to get in touch with them going through contact email keep plugging away is my advice good luck. ... Cannot reopen case in resolution centre as I have already filed a case which was closed by PayPal as they contacted seller who I believe scammed them with bogus delivery number which I cannot track as have had no emails from seller requesting delivery details .This is the problem I have have sent PayPal all details and still no resolution to problem,even sent feedback on complaints ,as PayPal are allowing the site I purchased product on to use PayPal banner it's there responsibility to police these sites . ...
