BML continuing to show as your default funding source may not be a PP issue.  This might be related to the merchants you shop with.  I've had this happen to me... I bought something from a merchant where I paid w/ PP and on the merchant's site, created an acct which ended up storing my financial info (BML) for quicker checkout the next time I shop.  I later turned off BML as my default funding source thru PP.  But, by the merchant storing my info during the my intial checkout, the next time I made a purchase, the merchant had my info stored, set and ready to go w/ BML as my funding source.    This isn't the case w/ all merchants but w/ a few merchants it is a problem.  I'd suggest either changing your financial info w/ merchants if saved and re-confirming your payment method each time you checkout w/ PP.  This has worked for me... ... Hi SuziQ,   Now you can complete your payments on PP.com instead of having to go to GE's website which is pretty convenient... a one stop shop.    The "insufficient funds" msg is referring to your PP balance not being >= to the PP Plus Card balance owed.  If you don't have sufficient funds to cover your balance owed, PP will ask for your bank info so that you can make your payment w/ your bank. ... To request an increase of your PP plus card credit limit, try the following:   1) Login to your PP acct then go to "Profile" page 2) On Profile page under Financial Instruments, click on "PayPal Plus Credit Card" link 3) From the PP Plus Card summary page, click on "Spending Power" on the left side 4) You should see a "Request an increase" link   Hopefully this helps.  ... If you signed up for Bill Me Later (BML) thru an ebay/paypal flow, BML should be linked to your paypal acct.  When you log into your paypal acct, on the account overview homepage you should see a BML section along w/ your recent transactions.  You can also check your BML account status under the profile page by clicking the Profile sub tab (far right of account overview tab), then w/in the profile page, clicking the Bill Me Later link.  ... No, PayPal does not link Bill Me Later accounts that were not acquired on or thru PayPal/eBay checkout flows to your PayPal account.  You will only be able to see your Bill Me Later account linked to your PayPal account if you acquired your Bill Me Later account thru a PayPal merchant checkout or eBay flow.  This will soon be fixed in the near future.   ~fnpd_cq ...
