I just got scammed by them! I looked at an item on their website put it in my cart, did the PayPal thing, then PayPal said I had to go back to the website to complete my purchase but I never hit the button to complete the purchase because I changed my mind. They charged me anyway! Without my final consent! I messaged the website through theif help tab and they refunded my money within 1 day. ... View more

Hi. I got the same problem. I just reported this as a Fraud to US Postal Inspection Service. https://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx Please report if you have to be the victim of this fraud so Paypal has to take responsibility for this. Before they open an account for "sellers", criminals that only want to steal your money. Paypal needs to provide a better service.  Do not forget to mention Paypal in your report.  ... View more

Hola @Edith1947 , buenas noches,    Sí tiene algún problema que no te llega el producto,  te llega diferente del descrito o roto por ejemplo, no te preocupes pues tiene la protección del comparado, ahora al respeto del envió debes comunicarse directamente con el vendedor, que es quien realiza la venta y el envió del producto.  Gracias    ...
