After several weeks trying to link my bank account, one day I could. What did I do different? Nothing. I still do not know why it worked, but it did. So this message is motivational for you not to give up!    Amazing how we reach to this when no Paypal assitance is there to help...   Advice: If you have the chance to open a different account (within same bank account) may worth it. @Perogies Hi mate! Thanks for sharing your case with us. Today more than ever sharing is caring. Mostly because of the fact that actual entity (PAYPAL) who should SOLVE our problems and TAKE CARE of their costumers are not doing it. I got sick of it too.   Well good for you that you could solve your case by yourself and thanks for the idea. I will try to do so for sure. A few questions about it: As I could understand, you transferred money from a trade account to a "normal/personal" account? I do not know if it is the same for a normal account to ask/give money to another account. Also, I don't now if this second account you could send money to, is located in the same country (Canada?) as the first one. The last question is... so you also had a limitation on your account? Apparently you could easily lift that limitation up. In my case identity proof is done. Now I need to confirm my bank but effectively that code is not coming and, as you said in your last comment,  'disable your bank and add it again' came to my mind but indeed it sounds like the worst idea in this moment. I mean, I did that exact thing before and I waited months to re-add my bank account again because of the error message in the original post. So basically I am not sure what to do next ... Hello guys. Well I could connect my bank account almost 4 weeks ago. How? I don’t know how. I just tried everyday until one day I could. My issue now is quite the same: the money transfer including a confirmation code has not arrived and it is Supposed to arrive within 5 working days after connecting the bank account... well it’s been more than 20 now ... NO BANK TRANSFER WITH CONFIRMATION CODE

Hello. After motnhgs struggling with Paypal to put my bank account on it, I achieved it two weeks ago. When I did, I was asked to confirm my bank account, with the confirmation code Paypal -would have- sent me in that moment, and which would arrive in 3-5 working days. Well now it's 2 weeks of this and I got nothing in my bank statement. I already contacted the bank just in case but nothing wrong with them. PLEASE HELP.    In case it's useful: my bank is Sparkasse.    PAYPAL SUPPORT is not aswering by email phone or facebook. HOW AM I SUPOSED TO REACH YOU???    😠  ... View more

@Coffeelife33 Hi mate, unfortunately it was several weeks to me, maybe 2 months. I did not change anything on it. Now I am waiting for the confirmation code (which is supposed to come with a transfer) for 5 working days (it is expected to arrive within 2-5 days). I'll let you know when it is over. Hello guys, I have some "news" about my problem... Two days ago I tried (as I've been doing everyday since weeks ago) and the problem fixed itself actually. I just put my IBAN and birth date and the error message did not come up. I could link my bank right. Now I am waiting to confirm it with the code Paypal send in a transfer of $0,01. It has been three working days already (they say it takes between 2 and 3 working days). I will wait few next days and let you know. Hello Paypal community.    I am getting this message (Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now) every time I try to link my bank account to Pay Pal. Some facts:   1) I am trying to link my bank once or twice a day and get always the same message.    2) My bank is Sparkasse (Germany) and should not have any problems to be linked.    3) This is also impeding my account limitation to be lifted. (I've got my PayPal account limited before and I had to proof my identity first, and now I am required to confirm my bank account (!!) ). Therefore, apart from no chance to cash out, PayPal leave me with no other chance than do NOTHING with my money on it.    4) I am having this problem since weeks ago and have had NO solution. NOBODY from support has respond any emails or any call (due to COVID customer support staff has been cut or at least their working hours). I've also tried posting in this forum getting no answer as well.   5) Considering the above, I will post this issue everyday until someone help me with my problem. I won't let PayPal keep "working" my money.
