I opened a claim, seller responded but I am not happy with the response. On the Resolution Center page for the dispute/claim, it says I must "respond" but there is NO RESPONSE FIELD to respond in. When I try to call PayPal, Customer Service is unavailable. When I use the help system, I get automated computer responses that take me back to the Resolution Center where there is NO RESPONSE FIELD. How can I communicate with PayPal? Seller wants me to pay for return postage to CHINA (would cost more than I paid for item) but it's not my fault that what they sent is not what I ordered -- seller should pay return postage, not me. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT PAYPAL HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CANNOT BE CONTACTED.
