I have a charge for $139.95 that appeared on my account as a reoccurring charge (that I did not authorize). The merchant is in China and will not provide refund. Voice lines are down due to coronavirus. Already filed online dispute with PayPal but PayPal says that the charge is valid and closed the dispute. Any advice on how to resolve this? or how to close my account? I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and never had a problem but I am unable to resolve this.
