Hello. I have another Paypal account and I got an email for a transaction which was unauthorized. I tried logging in on that account but another email says that the account was closed. I tried calling customer service for this but due to COVID-19, there are no customer service representatives to help me. I already messaged them using this account to say that my other account was closed and there was an unauthorized transaction, but I wonder if the response will be immediate. I wanted to report the unauthorized transaction using my other account but I can no longer log in there since it was closed. Please tell me what immediate action I can take. Thank you!
