Same thing happened to me. PayPal first said to return the item I got (a plastic phone holder instead of a switch), then they said they’d pay my refund shipping up to $30, then they said actually I didn’t qualify for that, then they said I needed to make a report online to ic3.gov, did that, but now they’re going back to I have to return it. So I have so many questions Why are they making us return these things? Also, what is this Retune address they have? How did they get it if the website is down and it’s a non existent company? Why does it take many hours for then to get back to me and every time its a different customer service agent telling me something else?
