I have the same problem: Paypal shows the error: "Unsupported variable no_shipping" in edit of standard legacy addtocart button, under Advanced Variables section.   I am having issues with customers missing the single line shipping input at the top of the checkout page or thinking it is the billing address and proceeding to the next screen which completes sale and they don't get a chance to change shipping address to their new address.   I wish to force shipping address input by user.  I was told to use no_shipping=2, but Paypal will not allow me to use this as a variable.  I also can not find the page the tech is referring to, to add no_shipping=2.  I asked the question in a different way and same tech responded with same guidance, but no links, and the pages he mentions do not exist in the Paypal that I have access to.     If anyone figures this out, please post.   ... My customers continue to miss the very small, single line, shipping address, at the top of the Paypal checkout screen. They say they either thought it was the address for billing or they missed it entirely. Paypal often populates this with an old address and the customer won't catch the mistake, often times, until after we shipped their order to the wrong address. I am using the standard add to cart button. I tried to edit the button with an advanced variable no_shipping=2 but Paypal says it is a non supported variable.  Any ideas? ... View more

I would like to recommend Paypal change your interface to alert customers when they order more than one of an individual item. I continue to have customers accidentally order two of the same item and it only happens with PayPal, so it is obviously a design flaw. Many of my refunds are due to the customer not realizing they inadvertently clicked on the add to cart button twice. I immediately do a refund but since PayPal is no longer returning fees you are benefiting from your poor interface design while costing me time and additional fees. Please correct this issue. ...
