Hola qué tal ! Hace como 3 semanas levante una controversia que escaló a reclamo por un paquete diferente a lo que solicité, hice el reenvío del mismo tal como lo solicito pay pal para que pudieran hacerme el reembolso, me llego una notificación de la paquetería que la dirección a la que envié el paquete no existe , por lo que me comunique con pay pal para informar de esta situación y ellos me proporcionaron una dirección alterna a la cual enviar el pedido pero veo que la paquetería no ha realizado aún la entrega, se que pudiera estar demorado por la contingencia pero si yo he hecho todo tal cual se me ha solicitado me da miedo que no me vayan a hacer el reembolso 😞 quisiera saber qué se puede hacer o si solo tengo que esperar ? ... ¡Hola! Si has abierto una controversia en PayPal, pido que por favor espere una respuesta del vendedor.  ¿Cuál es el siguiente paso? Dispone de 20 días desde la fecha en que abrió la disputa para resolverla con el vendedor. Si el vendedor no contesta o no se consigue llegar a una solución, puede elevar la disputa a reclamación en cualquier momento.Ahí entonces,PayPal revisará el caso y decidirá el resultado.   A continuación le indicamos cómo escalar una controversia a reclamación. Vaya al Centro de resoluciones. Haga clic en Ver junto a la controversia que desea escalar. Haga clic en Escalar esta controversia a reclamación de PayPal al final de la página.
