My account is permanently limited and now is available to withdraw. However, I never linked a bank account before, and when I try to withdraw to my linked bank card, it said the card is not available. Don't know why. When I try to link a bank account now, it always shown as failed to link it. They don't give me the option to withdraw by cheque as well. How can I do?
