Hi! I had a refund processed in March. I can see the refund on my account, but it also says cancelled. Therefor, the money was not put back in my account. I contacted the company that refunded the money, and they said since it has already been processed they cannot do anything about it. So I am assuming it is on PayPal's end. But because of Covid-19 I can not reach anybody to solve this issue. Has any body experienced this same problem before?
