Paypal Community, The links to my paypal account from my personal website lead to a page that says simply, "We can't complete this donation. The receiver doesn't have a valid PayPal account." Why would this be? My account is otherwise normal, except that I have not linked it to my bank (I am in the process of linking to my bank now), but I am not sure if this is the issue. I would think that my paypal account would at least be valid to receive funds. Can anyone help with this? Thank you.
