now you got me nervous. I just went through the Shipstation sign up, did not see anything about free trial, or "I agree to pay $9 a month". As it turns out I couldn't even print the label I wanted, bad address or something. I will be checking for bogus charges. I already contacted SS and told them to cancel my account.

no, it doesn't, nor does any other merchant that accepts CC as payment. I understand WHY they are doing it, I am just frustrated that they ARE doing it. I use PP shipping for my Amazon orders specifically because I CAN charge the shipping to a CC, and I avoid the 7 cent fee AZ charges. I don't mind a little cut and paste for order confirmation. But if PP changes I might as well do all my AZ shipping from AZ. It will be interesting to see how the change affects Ebay shipping.

A few times when I click on the "switch to classic shipping" link from the ShipNow page, I get a survey asking why I want to use the classic site and telling me it will soon be unavailable. The reason I want to use it is, because it lets me pay for my shipping with my (rewards) credit card!! I have not found a way to do that with the Beta shipnow page. Unless I took all the money out of my PP account and bank account, which would MAKE it charge my credit card. But I fear that would wreak havoc with my bank account, having to decline charges etc. Why can't they leave it the way it was!!! So frustrated.

If you have a balance you can not use a CC. Empty your paypal account and the CC option will show up.

I refuse to use the new Ebay shipping site, ever since it took money out of my bank account to pay for a label. I want to pay for my labels with my CC. It did NOT give me that option. I cut and paste the info from the Details into my Shipnow window. My main problem now, is , about 10% of the time, I get a "Paypal shipping is not available now" message , which I realize is only temporary, BUT I have to enter ALL MY INFO again - why can't I just go back a page and hit the Print button again? The Print button is not there, it is replaced by a "Return to Ebay" button. WTF????

It sounds like you are gettin a generic message, not one connected with the buyer's address. I get this message about 5% of the time when I am printing labels, I don't mind EXCEPT, I have to go back and re-enter all the info again. VERY aggravating - why can't it bump me back to a screen where I can just click a Print button again. I have never gotten it twice in a row, so the unavailability is very temporary.

I printed a label for a Parcel Post package, and in the square where there is a M for media mail or a P for priority, there was a black geometric design that filled up the whole square and came out mostly black. Is this normal? I have not used parcel post in a while.

no, you can only use you CC to pay for an item. THink about it, if you could add funds to PP by your CC, then you could take out the money and put it in your bank., Free cash advance at best, money laundering at worst.
