hello everyone, I hope you're Ok and that you're staying safe. I need some help regarding account limitations, I've read the "official" provided solution to resolve the issue and followed the steps mentioned but there's one problem, in the solution provided by PayPal it says that I have to go to "Resolution Center" and click on "Remove Account Limitations" and provide the necessary documents and wait for PayPal's response, but when I access the Resolution Center the option to remove limitations doesn't exist on that page! now I don't know what this means but I'm really frustrated because I can't send or receive money from anyone, I tried to call PayPal customer service but the machine picks up and says that the service is closed due to COVID-19 and I contacted them through the message center and it was just an automatic reply that contained the solution I mentioned above, it also said they will respond in 24hours but I think it's been more than that and no response, if anyone can help me with this I'll be grateful! this is the Resolution Center page I mentioned above and it doesn't contain the option to remove account limitations as mentioned in the solution. this the error message that my friends/family gets when they try to send me money.
