I have a case that a Multi ladder that was purchased on eBay arrived damaged the resolution centre says I must return the ladder to the seller in China to get my refund it would cost me more than the £79.99 I paid for the ladder to send to the China address the item was posted from Stafford not China and it would cost a lot to post there Resolution centre does not have anywhere or way to challenge this Why should I have to pay shipping for something that has arrived damaged that would total more than what the item costs to get a refund haw is this buyer protection the seller is just a con merchant who is playing a game so as not to refund. a ladder is a safety device I am not going to use a damaged ladder. what can I do
