While intentionally ordering 2 sets of 10 masks from Zestads the payment site circled back to the ordering page. I thought that I was accepting an additional 2 masks as a bonus. When I clicked the button I realized that I had somehow ordered 340 (the default amount) masks at a cost of over $1200. I immediately contacted PayPal to try to cancel this order and was told it was too late. I have emailed Zestads several times and gotten no response. I could kick myself for not investigating the company first. I was under the mistaken impression that PayPal only dealt with reputable companies and that they guaranteed satisfaction for their users. Now that I've read other people's comments it seems unlikely that I will even receive any of these masks or be satisfied with them if I do receive them. Additionally, I expected to receive delivery with in a week. I've even considered donating the 340 masks when I do receive them if I am unable to get my money back. I am not a wealthy person. I live on a fixed income and the pandemic has put many in my immediate family out of work with no pay. PayPal used to be a trustworthy company. I've used them for years.
