Pandaspot I did the same, for me the seller has 19 days to respond if not I will be refunded the next day. I asked them to change my case from unauthorised transaction to item not received and obviously that I had been scammed.

I haven’t found one thing that says someone has received their order 😕 and apparently the website has only been live since the 6th of April, so it looks like it was setup just to take advantage of people during lockdown unfortunately 🙁
